Game error, can’t collect daily activity rewards

Summarize your bug While collecting all of the daily activity rewards, the game had an error and had to restart. Once it did, it showed that the requirements for the Fleet Challenges and Fleet Battles daily rewards were not met (screenshot #1), yet I had previously completed them all before the game crashed and it shows completion in game (screenshot#2). Due to this error, I am unable to collect all of my daily rewards.

If the game is crashing (for whatever reason) during an activity that needs to report the result back to the server the result can't be reported. That is causing your activities not to be tracked correctly. Please get in touch with our Customer Support and request to get those items/rewards to be granted to your account.
