Game Freezes during tutorial

My game keeps freezing during the tutorial about the crew on your ships. It forces me to click on characters to take me to the ship section and when it prompts me to click, it does nothing. I’ll click once and wait 20 mins. I’ve restarted it. Uninstalled it. Nothing is working. Now I’m just stuck in this cycle where the game is unplayable.
