We have now brought this to the attention of the team for further investigation.
Also doesn't help me. Clearing cache, uninstall - not working. The bug is obviously in the update.
Today I got the freeze in fleet battle.
So this works for me and a friend (honor magic 5 pro).
It doesn't fix the bug or anything. The bug is still there!! It just helps for a few hours, just to be safe there won't be a freeze!
You have to reinstall OR just delete all data (only Cache won't do anything). So you have to link your account again and all the settings are gone. It sucks, it's pretty frustrating, EA doesn't care and support doesn't answer the questions at all. I can understand if people say they won't play until there is a patch, but clearing all data every few hours (until the game was closed) is the best choice we have I guess.
