Hello, my game is freezing in several loading screens. Few hours ago i could not join the tw. I reinstalled the game an now i am not able to go to conquest or any area that requires energy like cantina or fleet battles.
We have now brought this to the attention of the team for further investigation.

Still freezing, even when reinstalled it takes about 5 minutes to freeze again
Locked out of account with no way to get back in game, I've raised a ticket with EA and it's been closed down by them as "No Fix", I've played SWGOH for years and spent considerable time and money. The customer service is absolutely appalling. Since last update all I've had is game freezing and now this!!
Well it started as just freezing after the update and after uninstalling and reinstalling it kicked me into a new beginner profile with no connection to Google profile, after a full day this has now rectified, but I'm unable to get past the calendar screen now (game just freezing). I did contact EA this morning, had a pretty poor response and they close the case without resolve
Never had any issues until this recent update. First, game froze during my GL hut challenge, lost me 70 Dark Side currency, would love to get this back.
But now, ot won't even make it past loading screen. Attempted reinstall, still no luck.
I'm on Android 14, Samsung Flip.
I’ve been unable to get into the game since mid-day. Tried deleting the app and it gets hung up on the load screen
When I install the game, it works perfectly, but after the first restart it gets stuck on random screens
