Game freezing bug on android

 

@EA_HighCommand  I can confirm that these problems happens on the Samsung Galaxy S10 and Motorola Moto G7. It takes forever for the arena ranks and battles to load and many guild events/battles. The game will just suddenly slow down to a crawl (frame rate drops off). It seems more likely to happen when the game is left idle or when switching to another app and back to the game. I know there was some new animation/graphics added to the Dash Rendar marquee event in the most recent update. Maybe this is causing some of the problems? 

This is a large, systemic problem being reported by hundreds players using various supported devices. Only a small portion of these players have reported their problems on these forums. It seems to be affecting mainly android devices. I am glad there is no Conquest or GAC events running right now. I assume many of the developers and programmers are on break during the Thanksgiving holidays, but I hope they are working on these issues. Please, at least, acknowledge these obvious problems with a post to everyone on the SWGOH forums and work on an update to fix them before the next Conquest, GAC, and TB events. It’s hard to enjoy playing the game when events take forever to load and you never know when it might freeze up or crash.
