Looks like your game crashed completely during that battle and as a result, no battle progress was recorded. That is the intended behavior to prevent abuse.

AND IT DID IT AGAIN - THIS TIME A UNDERSIZED cls TEAM AGAINST PHASMA - WAS CRUISING TO AN EASY VICTORY AND THEM, LOCK-UP AS BEFORE
What is the team doing about this ? this is costing me points, and in the end gear / coins - this is not something that happens in Marvel Strikeforce -
Funny you say that about MSF......I've been playing that much more lately than SWGOH (which I've played for over 4 years now....and never had a crash.
SWGOH is crashing consistently now and at the most crucial times - during GAC/TW

Just happened to me again.....3 minutes into my final GA battle against a Padme squad I was beating, now have no counter.
Developers have no interest seeing the lack of replies to anyone about this.....so I'd carry on playing MSF....it's a far superior game.
This just happened to me too. This has happened at least 10 times now and is causing me to lose my GAC this time. It's made me lose arena battles after doing refreshes, fleet arena, and also TW. CG still can't make a stable product.
The same here, on the first GA battle the app just froze and I lost the team...
another day another Lockup and still no response from the dev team - this time in phase 8 of the Forest moon event tier 2 - 20 minutes of game time lost just like that -
another lock-up on Arena today - but lock-ups dont occur in this game - this is really interesting that Zero CG resources have addressed
