Game not loading when on wifi (mobile data works)

Hello everybody!  I am having trouble connecting to the game when I am on WIFI. All WIFI's have tried the one at starbucks, home, and school. When I turn WIFI off mobile data allows me to play game....

Update: other games are not not working on wifi (talking about phone games) but internet/all other things on phone work fine ( ex: reddit/youtube)

Home network not some college campus or place that would block games.
