Game not loading

Same.

Hi there, hoping someone else can help with this. Customer support team haven't come across this issue yet so have asked me to post here. 

When loading up the game on mobile android the game will get stuck of the Disney Lucas arts screen and will not go past this. I've been playing the game everyday for the past 3 years and this morning I've encountered this issue.

So far I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling. Clearing the app cache and data in the phone system settings. Turned the phone on and off. This hasn't fixed it.

Hopefully someone can help, please bump this so the issue doesn't effect any other players

Update:

Clearing cache and loading game with mobile data only will load the next screen with the update message in bottom left. It'll ask to sign in with ea or Google account. As soon as the download gets half way, game crashes and then the game gets stuck on the Disney Lucas art screen again. From then on, loading only with mobile data now doesn't work. Clearing cache again will reset it back to only getting to next screen with mobile data

After the latest uodate, i am stuck at this screen.

I then tried to uninstall-install the game and then i am stuck at this screen.

I then closed-reopen the game and i am stuck at the 1st picture above again.

What should i do?

The game has stopped loading since yesterday. A black screen appears after the CAPITAL GAMES logo and nothing else happens. This problem continued all day yesterday. In the evening, miraculously, the game started, worked the rest of the day. This morning, the game stopped running again. The same problem On the PC version after the update, the same problem.

Reinstalling the client and clearing the cache does not solve the problem.

I am completely unable to play since yesterday.

My app is stuck for over 15 min on black screen just after logos.

Tried clearing cache, app data, reboot smartphone, uninstall and reinstall multiple times since yesterday.

It was successful only once, it worked for a few hours and after that it crashed again, anyone had the same issue?

The two times it happened I had an in-game message while in the shardshop saying the game needed online data it couldn't access at the time and then I get stuck with a retry button. When I close the game and relaunch I get stuck on black screen. I don't know what fixed it for a few hours yesterday after countless reboot, reinstall etc. but it's down again this morning and I can't play...

Help would be MUCH appreciated.

I'm on Android 13 with latest game update from play store. My internet both wifi and mobile data is fine. And the game has been running fine for over a year now. Until yesterday...

EDIT : The message I got in the shop with the retry loop is the exact same I just got when I managed to pass the blackscreen and be stuck on the cantina loading with the message attached. I restarted the app and I'm stuck again on black screen

Hey, I've been unable to get in game as well since the update last night, CG logo, then black screen.

Tried waiting for 15 minutes, cleared cache, tried again, uninstalled then reinstalled game, same issue.
