Summarize your bug First Xanudu blood ship doesn't show in my inventory... And now game will not load the last 12 hours. Works on BlueStacks but not on other 2 devices I have. I have requested call from customer service many times but being ignored since Friday. Tried reinstalling a dozen times.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fix it many guildies having same issue

Yeah, the screenshot is missing the ship completely, which is indicating that it is an old game file.
Can you clear the cache on your device and check if there is an update available for it as well as reinstalling again, please? Thank you!
