Game won’t load

My game won’t fully load. Stuck on “loading cantina” start screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and same thing happens. Any help greatly appreciated thanks

I have battling this issue myself for days …here’s the solution that worked for me . Shut the device completely off , power it back up , go straight to the gear icon (settings etc) , toggle airplane mode twice ending with access to wifi ,then click on Game Center ( I could not access Game Center any other way) ….then all the way at the bottom select reset identifier….game is now back for me
