Game won't load when wifi is turned on

*SOLVED* For me the problem was with the router (router: TP-Link Archer c7 v2). I'd recently updated the firmware but the issue with SWGOH didn't start immediately after. The updated firmware enabled ipv6. To correct I changed the ipv6 setting to 'Tunnel 6 to 4' or, alternatively, you could also disable ipv 6. There were other recommendations on changing some DHCP settings but I didn't need to do that (yet) and my issues are currently resolved.

This issue began when I recently updated the app. Tapped Out loads fine if WiFi is turned off on my handset, but won't load at all if it is turned on. Screen turns black immediately following the Fox startup page. I uninstalled the game, restarted my phone, reset router, reset handset settings and zero success in resolving this issue.
