How can the Gas Light speed bundle grant immediate access if there is no Padme included?🤔

Because Padme and C-3PO (who is also required) are both legendary characters, who have their own journey and requirements. Buying the gas bundle gives you a decent separatist team to get Padme, for C-3PO you need to grind Ewoks. Sucks, I know, but GAS is worth it.
