Gear not showing using find button

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Going through a character gear and using the find button trying to look for a gear, gear from the shard shop, guild events and guild activity do not show up. You have to access those stores first and then they will show up when acessing through the gear of a character using the find button
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Wait for store refresh and do not access store Try to find a gear using the find button available in the gear section of a characters. Gear from store will not show Now go the store and access them without getting anything Come back and using the find button, gear is now showing

    Hi @m66v79i741au, and thank you for the report.

    We are aware of a rare issue that items don't show up using the Find Flow when the shipments have just been refreshed. A game restart should correct this.

    Can’t call it rare when it affects everyone after a store refresh. Just less people are noticing it

    Yeah definitely happening and for characters not just ships. Happens after every gear refresh. Use find button for Kyro, don’t see it. Then go to shipments and there it is. Then go back to find and then it shows up.
