General skywalker journey tier 6/7

i raised a ticked due to the Gen Skywalker journey being bugged, ( I have completed tier 5 but the expected tier 6 and 7 haven’t opened.)

support just said I am not eligible for rewards at this time?!

huh? I just want the bug fixed so I can complete the journey?
