General Skywalker Permanent Lightspeed Error

I purchased the GAS permanent lightspeed bundle, today, through the Journey Guide "Shop for Requirements" on GAS.  I selected the bundle and purchased it.  It immediately said there was a billing error and closed the game.  I restarted the game and received a message to my inbox stating there was an error and that I was being reimbursed as best they could, which was for around 7,000 crystals.  Unfortunately, I did not keep the message.  I don't want the crystals, I want the General Skywalker Lightspeed bundle with all the characters and ships.  I have not used any crystals.
