Geo Brute not appearing during Wat Tambor mission

I tried the Wat mission for the first time. I have a Samsung S7 smartphone. When the first wave started I already had no Brute altough I got both Zetas on GBA. Even through Conscription wich I used 3-4 times the Brute didnt appear. The Droid didnt appear to when I used the droid factory ability. Because of this I lost Sun Fac through scatterpoint and I lost the rest of the team because I had no tank in phase four. It was really disappointing because I was farming those Geos hard.
