Geo Brute not appearing during Wat Tambor mission

No this was attempted in phase 3 for me. 

My guild attempted in phase 4. No brute summon at the start, despite GBA zeta, couldn't summon brute or droid. It worked normally for at least one person in my guild.

Are we going get a response, or have anything done about this??? All I get is silly emails from Answers HQ telling me I’ve earned badges. This help page is a joke.

I know its been a year now since we had this issue and I vame back to it since other guild mebers jad issues with TB. But actually I wanted to ask if it got actually solved anytime and if anyone has received recompensation, as I remeber well that I never got so was just wondering.
