How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Not sure if Gameplay bug or Text bug. Level 9 Datacron for Geo Spy says "they" recover 20% Heal and Protec when Geo Spy attacks out of his turn. Turns out only him currently receives the healing. Whether change text from "They" to "He" or change the healing to apply to the team.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just equip level 9 Datacron Geo Spy and play with usual Geonosian Team. When Geo Spy attacks out of turn, only he recovers heal and Protec. Could only do that visually, unfortunately.

@Kewookie Many of the level 9 skills use "they", rather than "he" or "she".
The subject of the sentence is Geo Spy, so "they" refers to Geo Spy alone. There is no mention of the rest of the team, and the heal correctly only applies to Geo Spy.
