Summarize your bug Troopers do not always revive when under Moff Gideon lead
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt various battles with Gideon led troopers. Make sure you are battling teams that allow revives. The bug seems inconsistent and sporadic but does occur occasionally. See the attached video vs Padme. No revive at 1:04. Ahsoka had 19 stacks of courage so that would equal 120% health, so Storm should not have been killed in revive (he's at ~100% health when she strikes and should have revived at 50% protection/health).
