GL event disabled for ultimate ability mats

Can't believe there has still been no meaningful response from EA about the Disabled GL ultimate ability materials battles. Tried the in-game help several times with no response, wasted 150 crystals ...

    The event is currently disabled due to issues with the ultimate ability. The communication was in the official forum.

Thanks for the reply, I'm assuming you are an EA/CG employee? If yes, is there a time scale for this urgent fix? Will you be offering members light/dark side currency, crystals and ultimate ability mats as compensation?

        I'd like to say I appreciate the response, but I'd be lying, perhaps the EA/CG team should re-evaluate their customer commitment, I know if I was this vague and unsupportive to my customers they wouldn't be happy, and with good reason.
