There seems to be a glitch with Sun Fac's Geonosian Starfighter. The health bar does the attack animation while the ship doesn't move.

This can happen when your internet connection is slow or unstable and you are playing on 4x speed. It can also happen with other ships under those circumstances.
A fast and stable connection should prevent this from happening.
