GOH not loading

I’ve been unable to access the game for over a week. I’ve tried deleting it from my device and downloading again. 
When I try to access the game it freezes in the loading screen (Cantina loading…).

EA’s suggestion to access settings in the Cantina window is ludicrous as the game isn’t loading that far!

Has anyone any suggestions to fix this?
