My wife and I have both been on Google Pixel 7s for a couple years. We upgraded to Google Pixel 9s today and when trying to login, we are both receiving the same error message:
"Heroes is having trouble with Google Play services. Please try again."
We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, updating, and clearing the Google Play cache.
Any info?
This issue has been going for almost 5 days, crickets from CG on it. Rebooting, clearing cache/data, reinstalling, they all don't help.
Ea connect is the only way in currently for Android users, but it's a nightmare for those with multiple accounts.
Same for me. the only way to play is on my Chromebook. Pretty annoying....
So I tried just hitting Play As Guest so that I could actually get into the game and see if that would jumpstart it, and it went to game lobby signed in to my account. Worked fine and haven't had an issue since. If you haven't tried that, maybe give it a shot.
