Shortly after the TW today I was logged out of my account and every time I try to log in I get the Connection Lost error. Your session has expired. Either another device has logged into this account or it's been 24 hours since I last logged in. I've tried clearing my cache, uninstalling and re-installing the game, and restarting my phone. These steps did not fix the error and it persists. I cannot log in to the game. Any suggestions? I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Play Games app as well as the Play Store with no success.

I'm having the exact same issue. I haven't been able to log in at all today.

I was able to log in using a Galaxy S8 but I can't log in with my Galaxy S7 Edge. I have no idea what the difference is. I couldn't sign I when I was on data or Wi-Fi.

My buddy had the same issue, someone hacked his google email, he did a hard reset and changed his passwords and it fixed it

I started getting this problem today on my phone. Doesn't matter which account I try. One thing that did work was to use a different device. It seems to be only a problem with that device trying to connect to CG (other Google Play Games work just fine).

Same story for me too. Tried everything you have as well - reinstalling, clear data, clear cache, remove google play permissions, reinstall Google Play Games, all nothing. I'm able to log in fine on an old LG G4, but not my Galaxy S9.

Same issue, but only on one device. I can log on with a second device or with BlueStacks. I tried everything mentioned by others -- reinstalling, clearing storage, removing my Google account, restarting, shutdown. Nothing has resolved it. The problems are occurring on my Google Pixel 3XL. I am able to play on a regular Google Pixel 3.
BlueStacks is acting funny, though -- it declared a draw in my fleet arena after 2 minutes of combat. Not sure if that is related or not.

I have been able to use BlueStacks with no issues as well but I don't have an older device that would work unfortunately. Looks like I'll be doing a whole lotta nothing this TB!

So I've actually managed to find a workaround to get back in - I was able to log in using a second device, which I used to link my account to facebook. After that, I started the game on my main device using the guest account, let the cutscene start and then clicked the "already have an account" option and signed in using the facebook transfer. After that, I've been able to log in without any problems.

I wonder if I disconnect from Facebook and then reconnect on a different device if this will work. I already have my account linked to Facebook.

Games does not open on my Android tablet.
I'm starting the game
It searches for updates, once the cantina is starting to load, it asks me to select my google play account.
When this is done, it directly brings up a message box telling me, that my connection is broken "Verbindung unterbrochen": Session timed out and I should Reload
And this is looping then.
No Wifi issues
What I did so far:
Reboot the device
Clear cache
Reinstall the app
Reinstall Google Play Games
Update all apps on my device
Changed my google accounts password
How can we fix this issue?

Going on the 2nd day of being unable to log into the game. I've tried everything including contacting EA, and Google Play. I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. I hope they do something to fix it soon. I've been playing since 2015, and I really don't want to start over.

Well, I guess that's not even an option. I saw something where people are using second devices, and Facebook, and blah blah blah.. I don't have a second device, I just want my game to work like it did 2 days ago. I haven't missed a day in 5 years.
- 6 years ago@djhinz57509 Me too dude. Google says there's nothing wrong with my account and that it's a game issue so I need to get in touch with the developers.

Same issue on a huawei mate 20 pro, i was playing the game this morning (6 hours ago) but come the midday energy refresh the game had restarted and presented this error. Working fine on my 2019 samsung galaxy tab a, i've just done a system update on the samsung and its still working afterwards.

I'm using a LG V40 Thinq. Seems so weird that I was playing the game just fine, then I wake up yesterday morning, and it's all jacked up. I've never missed a day in 5 years. Now I've missed 2 days in a row. My guild is suffering because of my missed raid points. This is total BS.
