Google play services having problems followed by crash

This is exactly the same issue I have. "Heroes is having trouble with Google Play services. Please contact the developer of the game if the problem persists." I have had this problem for a few months now however, I always receive that message when I enter a ship battle. 100% of the time I crash within minutes (if not seconds) of the message. I use an android device; Samsung Galaxy Light to be specific.

I've tried troubleshooting to no avail.

I am having the same problem. Often it occurs wben I am in a battle in the arena, during galactic war, or in the fleet arena. It has also occurred during sim battles and training sessions. This is extremely aggravating to have to restart the game and/or resign in. I am using an lg stylo phone but it has also occurred when using either of my android tablets.

Is this issue ever going to be fixed. It is extremely frustrating to have to restart the game after a crash. It has been doing this just. About every other day for me, most often after a ship arena battle or a PvP arena battle. I have experienced tbis problem too often. Please help.

I get about 5 minutes decent play then constant lag, then crash. I have contacted Google play services and went through their steps as well as all the normal resets. I'm using pixi4 32gb ultra mirco SD so its not device performance.

Same problem here, on a 3rd gen Moto G, 1GB RAM, Android version 6.0.

I'm having quite a time trying to progress in Ships when so many of my attempts result in a crash. . .thus losing the attempt, very frustrating.
