Grand Admiral Thrawn is missing fragments

 When I finished all the levels of the Grand Admiral Thrawn's travel guide, i found that I only had 15/100 fragments to reach 7 stars, and it was because I got an error when I finished the level of 8...

I completed all tiers of the legendary event for thrawn but somehow only have 15 of the 100 needed shards?
