Game crashed (froze) during a battle. (2nd time, one in exhibition and once during championship).

2/ what happens in the app selector - the content of swgoh becomes invisible and eventually the game stops completely.
Had this issue last GAC, could not enter event. 100% sure I registered but it said event wasn't available. Contacted customer service they were absolutely no help at all. Please refer to screenshot for post with date on June 25th. Was very frustrating missing out on those rewards, I'm so far behind on g13 now it's sad, and I refuse to pay for the 99.99 pack after getting so frustrated with EA customer service. They just said there is no issue, but we can give you 200 crystals.
Any help would be tremendously appreciated. On a more positive note the new Geo TB is awesome. Great content, thanks for the effort.
