Grand Arena Championship Crash and Sign up Issues

Device: LG V20 Android 8.0.0 (recently cleared cache)
Sign Up: Within 60 minutes of going live.
Issues:
-June 25th first week long Exhibition, locked out of event after signing up. Created ticket #49393155 with EA help. No resolution.
-Current GA, battle froze while Geonosian Brood Alpha called all allies to assist. Game ran fine, then when the bugs all swarmed it got super laggy, froze, then went to a black screen resulting  in losing my second matchup. Also missed the first round banners.
-Have had battle icons disappear and crash randomly in TB, TW, and Fleet arena for the past two weeks.
