Grand Arena Championship Crash and Sign up Issues

Lost the last round of GA, due to the game timer advancing and not being able to attack, 854 pm on 7/15/19. I should have won and won the P3/3

ally code: 824-647-176 Falconrtp, iPad Air, firmware 12.3.1, signed up for p1 on 7/10/19.

Didn’t get to attack in this battle, ☹️

i have had had many problems with the game and need someone to help.  I have started many Support requests and no help.  Please help!
