  • What issue you are having?
    • I entered GA on time, joined during the traditional preview phase, after spending over 7k crystals in beefing up my GA squads.  When event began, I was not eligible to join.  I am high-ranking and compete rather significantly---this is a huge blow to progression and rewards for one of your more "whale" like players.
