  • What issue you are having? - game locked-up after winning battle. Couldn’t reconnect or log back in
  • Your Ally Code - 847-787-966
  • Your phone model and firmware - iPad Pro
  • When did you sign up for this Grand Arena? - a few hours after it opened

When I was able to log back in, opponents team was all alive and it counted the battle and my team is no longer available to be used.
