Grand Arena Championship Crash and Sign up Issues

• What issue you are having? I was never given a join period for Grand Arena. This has happened with Territory Wars before but this is the first time I haven't been able to join Grand Arena.
• Your Ally Code 122-212-312
• Your phone model and firmware LG Stylo 4
• When did you sign up for this Grand Arena? I never did, that's the problem, while the join period was up for everyone else my screen still said "There are no Grand Arena events at this time."
• Please send any screenshots or videos of the problem occurring This is what my GAC screen looks like right now.

I tried contacting support to try and get some sort of reward compensation. Obviously I'm missing out on tons of mod gear, 2 zeta mats, lots of championship tokens (which I need REALLY BAD for kyrotech), and tons of championship score. I was ranked #40 before this bug and now I'm #6000. So that translates to way worse rewards at the end of the GAC. This bug has just ruined my entire GA, my lifetime score will always be about 6000 lower than it should be because of this bug. If I just got some compensation rewards or at the very least an extra 6000 championship score added to my account to make up for me not being able to do this GA I would be happy.
