GA match buttons disappear during battle. Setting to auto play doesn’t work. Eventually battle times out and my team is counted as used, however the defense is untouched. And squad screen shows 1 defense win.

This is exactly what is happening with me since the release of the new Geo TB; random crashes in grand arena,squad and fleet arena, TB / TW battles.
I have repeatedly opened tickets and reported issues here in the forum. I have lost SO MANY points and ranks in the last 1 and a half month; nobody returned to me with anything that could solve the issue, tickets are closed, no solution, no compensation.
If you say my phone is the cause and it is not compatible with the game than point me to an official statement, othervise fix the issue and provide compensation for all the lost points and ranks I could've earned for myself and for my guild without these crashes.
