Grand Arena Infinite Loading or "Enter" button grayed out

i'm not experiencing the infinite loading in grand arena specifically but like 2 or 3 times now i've experienced it when requesting gear from my alliance.
I've only been requesting the little tenacity pizzas that you need 20 pieces of to make and the requests have gone through as i've received some.
Mostly just posting in case it's related and the info would help you track it down.
