Grand Inquisitor and Ship light speed $24.99

Did anyone else buy this and have an error?  I bought the offer when it popped up today.  Yet - No ship. No upgrade to my gran inquisitor.  

Restore purchase isn’t working.

 I got confirmation the purchase went thru.
