Please be aware that emulators are not officially supported.
I'm playing on 32bit Bluestacks 5 and I experienced this problem too. I saw on Reddit a solution that worked for me. I just had to turn on V-Sync and it's now working fine in exchange of a 30fps cap though.
I'm beginning to think the issue might be related to Bluestacks running on Windows 11.
I'm able to run the game through 4.25 in either 32-bit or 64-bit on my old desktop running windows 10. I am unable to run it on blue stacks 4.25 or 5.3 64bit on my Windows 11 laptop. Bluestacks on my windows 11 laptop will not allow me to create a 32-bit instance to test, it simply states that is not compatible with my Operating System.
I'm at a loss at this point on how to get it to work on my Win 11 laptop. No setting combination within Bluestacks is successful. I've tried Nox today, regardless of what settings I use on my laptop it continues to fail to load. It'll keep trying to disable HyperV whether it's enabled or disabled still receive the error. I haven't had any success installing Memo either.
Not related to Windows 11.
I'm on Windows 10 with Bluestacks Hyper-v v4.280 and I have the same problem since last update.
@EA_UltraSlide You cannot just say that. I'm playing on Bluestacks since 2016 and never had this kind of problem.
So many players are on Bluestacks, the answer to them cannot be "it's not officially supported".
But I'm sure CG is already loosing money because of that bug so we can hope it'll be fixed soon.

I had the same problem using BlueStacks 5.3.130.
I've since dropped the frame rate to 30fps and the issue is gone.
However, it's only been 30 minutes. 😉
