Great Mothers Datacron not in inventory

Datacron has been out of my inventory since like the second week of release.  I have been going back and forth with EA support with zero help and they didnt pass the ticket to you guys.

There is ZERO reason this would be deleted on my end since this was a paid for datacron from the great mothers event.
