Guild Change Failed

What type of issue do you have? Other
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug When I tried to switch guilds because they had an open spot for HSTR, it gave me a “Cannot connect to server” message. After I restarted the game, it appeared like I had switched over and then went right back. It now tells me I have hit the cap on guild changes.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t really know.

The game also locked me out of territory battle rewards (yes, my fault for trying to switch then) and therefore I can’t get the raid rewards or the TB rewards.

    So just to clarify - you tried to move from Guild A to Guild B.

    You got a "network error", and then when you got back into the game, you were still in Guild A, but the game was registering you as having left and rejoined?

    Yes. I haven't been able to check the other guild to see if anything happened there, but the guild chat showed me as having left and rejoined.

    Hey, thanks for the report. I checked your account and our records show the following:

    - Left guild "Chaos Casual" on Sunday 13 January 2019 16:14 UTC

    - Joined guild "The Scissor Kings" on Sunday 13 January 2019 16:14 UTC

    - Left guild "The Scissor Kings" on Sunday 13 January 2019 16:15 UTC

    - Joined guild "Chaos Casual" on Sunday 13 January 2019 16:15 UTC

    I also checked your account for any server side errors and didn't find any. The error for exceeding the Guild transitions for the day was correct.

    Do you recall any other details which might help reproduce the issue? Details such as: did you have an invitation pending from "The Scissor Kings" guild in your inbox or did you manually search for the guild to join it?

    Thanks for the response. I found the guild through the guild search.
