Guild daily rewards not received

I have 7 characters. None of them received the mail with guild tokens from the daily guild activities.

@BH-Embo-BH Did they contribute? If the guild activity was "spend energy in hard nodes" but those accounts only spent energy on regular nodes, they would not receive a payout since they didn't contribute.

Yes, I make sure to do what is stated.
And make sure to do the 600 count on as many as I can
