Guild Recruitment Post immediately removed

Trying to post a guild recruitment ad, it was immediately removed and marked as spam by the system.  Trying to figure out how to get around this issue from happening.  Looked up older posts with same issue but wasnt seeing a fix for it.  Thanks for any info.
