I found a chat option last night and it was not helpful at all. This issue requires contact with the team at Capitol Games and there appears to be no method to contact them directly. I was directed back to this forum to make my report here and just wait to see if I get a response...

This forum is for collecting information about bugs so they can be flagged for eventual fixes, and doesn't deal with compensating players for things like accidentally canceled raids or accidental in-game purchases. - Featherbark7 years agoSeasoned NoviceI hope this is not the normal for EA/CG support but I have received no reply or help resolving this issue via this forum, direct message on official SWGOH forum, or the support chat feature. If it is shame on you EA/CG, you are alienating loyal players for no reason at all.
