Haven’t received Raddus II LSB in over 72 hours

As the titles says it’s been over 72 hours and have yet to receive the Raddus II LSB after numerous efforts of posting on this forum and making a ticket with EA Help in game. EA help just got back to me and told me I received all the content when clearly my roster still doesn’t have any of the 7 star ships that were apart of the LSB or the relic characters. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received. This is straight up fraud at this point.
