haven't received episode pass.

I made a post on forums earlier but haven't had anyone try to help so now i'm making another one hoping that someone will see it and be able to help me.

I recently tried to buy the episode pass, it kept failing and when i checked my bank app after multiple attempts to buy the pass a bunch of payments were pending with Electronic arts. i still haven't gotten the episode pass and the payments still haven't been cancelled.

i now don't have enough money available on my card to try and buy the episode pass again nor do i want to take the risk of loosing more money.

i also reached out through reddit but couldn't get anywhere and also tried the link from in-game which only handed me over to a chatbot who was trying to talk about an unrelated issue.

i can try and prove payments if you want although i'm not sure how because my bank app doesn't allow screenshots
