Haven't received what I payed for

Question

So I bought the C-3PO lightspeed bundle cause I'm tired of grinding for Ewoks lol. Anyways I bought the bundle, the payment went through, and got a conformation email saying the purchase was successful. Only when I restart my game and log on there are no Relic ewoks on my roster. Went to the help bot and talked to it till it asked for proof, which I gave, and now I'm waiting for an "Advisor". If I could just please get this bundle or my money back that'd be great EA
