Help button causing perma-crash

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I was having perma-crash issues after the last update. I "think" part of that issue is related to reporting a different issue with GAC through the help button. As soon as I reported an issue, on my next game start, the game crashes before opening, it continues permanently and will not open without Uninstaller and reinstall.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Report and issue through the help button and attach a screenshot.

I'm also having issues with GAC. I'm not sure if this is related, but I was booted from the last GSC and my current GAC says the event is in progress and to check back soon. So, if there's a live event, I can't join again.
Lots and lots of crystals lost so far.

I also have this issue. It happens whenever I try to go into help through either the in-game help button (or in-game mail link that comes to a player's inbox whenever there is a response from support).
Some more info on this is that I was playing GAC today and there was another response from support and an in-game notification banner popped up. This crashes the game and I lost the battle.

Any update when this is getting fixed? In-game Help/support is dead until it's fixed. It's killing battles if support responds. Not good. Seems like it should be a priority
