Help with purchase support

Hello, I have been trying today to work through the in-game support system to resolve a purchase issue I have on my account. The support technicians I have been connected with have failed to solve my issue and there is no way for me to escalate or explore alternate solutions as they keep ending the conversation forcing me to start over. Is there any way to get support here for purchases, refunds, and pricing issues?
