Help with Webstore

As I have made purchases over time the "Coaxium Heist" fills up with Coaxium.  It clearly says the event is repeatable and whenever the bar reaches 10/10 it resets and fills again and again.  Lately the last few purchases I have made have not reset the bar at all.  It sits at 10/10 and I get nothing even though the purchase shows me getting Coaxium and the "Coaxium Heist" has not run out.

Looking for assistance with this.
