I have a HK and it seems like he will use his special ability every turn he gets with no cooldown unless he got ability-blocked. His grenade seems to deal single-target damage but has an AoE debuffs which seems very weird.
With those two points, I have a feeling HK47 is pretty much bugged. He seems weak too which is unfortunate for HK fans like myself.

Good to get it clarrefied that it just isnt me. Yeah HK47 is pretty awesome :D
Looking through our bug list, the fix for this will be released in an upcoming update.

I can't wait.. the long awaited patch that is gonna change everything literally.
- HK-47 seems very buffed now. His nade does dmg and debuff to all enemies.
