Hondo CM RoTE balance issue

Question

Tarkin cannot be defeated with Hondo + GLAT combo on auto. He heals himself to full hp every 2 turns. I had lunch and came back to this. For some reason GLAT didn't use her abilities while the option let's it use everything.

Tried manually completing it but the AS and mastery from her ult (and I have done both A LOT) do nothing, tarkin still gets the same damage before the 101 Armor shreds...

Found an older post that had the same issues and it was balance tested back then as well ... So what exactly was being tested?

Can we get a fix for this or something?

Just use a different combo? Or don't play on auto?

Remember, the effect of each stack of Armour Shred is half the previous one. So the next 100 Armour Shreds combined are doing less than the first Armour Shred. By the time you get past 4 Armour Shreds, the rest are doing virtually nothing.
