EA WRONG ACCOUNT LINKED
My ea account was linked to m ymobile android game. i got hacked tho, and the hacker switched the email ascociated with my ea account, meaning that their ea account has my swgoh progress. i tried recovering my email but it didnt do anything. i believe their account was banned. i went to ea live chat mukltiple times and they are useless.TW lagging and crashing during attack period.
On behalf of my guild and as a TW officer Im reporting continuing crash and lagging of the game during the attack period. Im including you proof's. Gent's our players are furious and we need an answer and explanation for this continuing situation we are facing. I think the all community will like to read a honest reply and maybe a solution or a claim for our probably loss of this war. We are a 100% success rate on tw guild and this means a lot for those guild members. Waiting for your honest response. Still no reply. Of course. This is the way of eaEA Robbing Another Player!
About 2 weeks ago, I submitted a ticket for a refund because I accidentally purchased the Empire Kyber LST on the webstore and immediately asked for a refund. I didn't use the token. I told them I can't even use it because I dont have any qualifying characters. I tried to explain how terrible their product is listed. It doesn't show the characters it would work for like in the game. it requires you to spend time memorizing tag information or creating some reference sheet. They all look the same. Its so much wrong with how these products are marketed to us. They refused to refund me and said it was my responsibility to know what I am purchasing. They didn't offer a alternative solution like crystals. They didn't even offer a "meet us halfway solution" like $5 or $10 worth of crystals. They didn't reply to any of my counter points. They just copy pasted "We cant refund you" over and over again. Someone else took over and did the same copy paste and closed the ticket so I couldn't respond. I am assuming this is suppose to be some kind of illusion that they tried? They just straight up took my money and trolled all the way to the bank. I have been spending $100+ a month on this game for over a year and I understand that isn't "whale" money but you would think they would have someone do some math and come to the conclusion that keeping $15 isnt worth losing a $100 subscription but I guess not. At this point, I wrote a legal notice of dispute and mailed it out because the time I wasted for what should have been a $15 refund is worth more than a $15 refund and I am heavily considering alternative actions because their terms of sale is intentionally deceitful and unfair which is how other people were able to circumvent these awful Terms of Sales and successful win lawsuits against similar immoral greedy companies. Not sure what the future holds, but one thing I know for sure is that EA will not get a single penny from me until a satisfactory relief is given to me. Not surprising that they sold their morals for money, I just didn't think they would do it cheaper than corner workers.
Maz makes the game crash
So i've tried out Maz in TW against Lord Vader with DS clones. Things went well until the 2ish minute mark, the game then suddenly started loading incredibly long. after like 2 minutes loading finished and i took out Lord Vader. 1ish minute left and the game froze again for what felt like 5 minutes. After it finished loading again the fight was already over. I wanted to submit the result only for a notification to pop up saying: The timer of the battle has run out. It then kicked me out and reset the battle with ofc LV still being there. Of the 5 minute battle i had about 2 minutes of actual gameplay and the rest was just loading. Mind you i was playing on the PC client, not sure if that made any difference. Cant change that now, just wanted to let others know that if you plan on using her, it might make your game crash. And to let CG know that they should fix their game ^^My TB battle froze...
When battling in p4 of TB Geonosis a CM, in Count Dooku's Hangar, my options for any sort of attack vanished. I had to retreat and all TB pts earned vanished, since I retreated so earned zero pts in that event for the guild. When this happens, what are the options or fixes? See attached photos. IDK what happened but my mobile account (google play) is linked to the completely wrong ea account. i have no idea how this happened. i managed to find out through the guild commander site that the ea account got banned for fraud, so i assume i got hacked. I went to ea support and they told me i had to verify that the ea account was mine which i obviously cant do. i have proof of purchase on the account but i really want to get the ea situation fixed.
TB deployment issue
I had a guildmate deploy in Rote TB to a planet that is already 3*... it was just a mistake on their part, but the larger point is, why does the game allow you to deploy to a zone that is full. Shouldn't the deploy button be greyed out once that zone is full? Seems like this would be a relatively easy thing to fix. We could have used that GP on another zone, and while it will be on the person who made the mistake, couldn't you guys prevent something like this from happening by blocking the deploy button once the planet hits 3 stars?
