Howdo I getcreditand ships mats returned tomy account,the chat is []
I’ve lost 1 billion credits and 700 million or more shops material during the update. The chat function hasn’t helped and EA people that reply keep saying to come onto here. I’ve lost a **bleep** tonne of money on this game when the purchases don’t transfer to the game and EA and Apple just deny it Any help would be appreciated. [Edit - CM]Territory Battle Bug
I think this is a new one but somehow one of the nodes on Mustafar in ROTE glitches while using SEE. I got all the way to the last droid and used his special while in ultimate form and it created the lighting that just didn’t go away. The whole battle was just lightning effect and it forced timeout after sitting there for like ten minutes unable to take a turn. I have a video of it too for reference: https://imgur.com/a/PaYpfCg. I can’t tell if this is a one time glitch or a glitch as a result of the update but it’s costing my guild a waves worth of points which doesn’t sound like much but for us it is. So I'm pretty sure you are supposed to be able to unlink your ea account from SWGOH, but for some reason it just gives me an error and tells me to restart whenever i try. I've been told that this is because the account is banned, which is true, but the problem is, i cannot verify that the EA account is mine, so I can not get it unbanned. Honestly, I don't know what to do and this has caused me to lose a lot of potential value, such as not getting the free R10. If anyone can help please respond.
Your update caused LAG
Dear Capital Games, your update has caused severe lag in essentially all game modes: Squad Arena, Fleet, Territory war. One can assume GAC will experience lag as well, so not only do we have to deal with relic delta, we now also have to deal with serve game lag. The lag is making the game almost unbearable and not enjoyable it has costed me personally matches I should of won in territory war, and I suspect it will cost me in GAC I am certain am not the only player to experience this, I think that CG should compensate it’s players for these technical issues.
