Missing Territory Battle Rewards
I did not get Territory Battle Rewards for the TB completed 10/18. I raised this issue in in-games EA help. Not sure if the responses and inquiries in there were from bots. I haven’t received any responses from them since the day I raised the issue. I did not leave guild, so that is not the issue. Any support is appreciated. ThanksKeep getting connection issue
Every since I upgraded to One UI 9.0 I have had connection issues. I can connect to the game on my wifi at home but if I'm fighting a battle at home it doesn't finish. I can't connect at all anywhere in Austin if I'm using my cellular data. I've had no problem with my cellular data in other cities or playing the game on my work wifi.
Guild Events not being displayed
Ever since the latest update, I am not able to see or join any Guild Events. Whether it's a TW or TB, they are not being displayed for me. I can see and join raids, but that's all. I have tried reinstalling the app. I have tried leaving and rejoining the guild. I have tried deleting the cache... I can't think of anything else. This is extremely frustrating and I am missing out on A LOT of rewards. Not to mention FUN... I'm in a good guild but can't be involved in the guild activities. PLEASE HELP!Didn’t receive correct Speed mods from store
Purchased 2 bundles for $9.99 each. Didn’t bother to check them. My inventory was 498/500 so I mass sold mods with no speed. Turns out now I don’t have the mods since they had no speed. I did my Zeffo mission yesterday and the probe droid decided to self destruct at full health and protection. Then immediately respawned and did another self destruct. Needless to say this GREATLY increased the difficulty of my mission and I was barely able to scrape by. Now looking at my guild success rate Im thinking something is up with probe droid again
Rote p5 used and deployed characters not available in p6
Hi Ive been trying to get some help with the in game helpdesk but it keeps giving me unrelated responses Im experience an weird issue with ROTE during p5 I did all my missions that I have the characters for as well as deploying all my light side characters and ships before the phase ended. The issue when p6 started, the game hasn't resetted all the characters I used in the missions as well as the light side character deployment. I am now unable to platoon required characters for p6 and I dont have any characters to use in this new phase. I am now letting dow the guild withthe platoons and missions I can't partake in.
