Returning Player Issue
I submitted this issue twice through the EA help chat when i first noticed this but seem to have waited too long. I got started on the returning player quests and ran into an issue with the "join a player run guild" quest. I was in a guild already by the time the quest popped onto my quest tracker. I was hoping the EA team could resolve this without me leaving and having to rejoin my new guild and start the waiting period over. That didn't seem to be the case. It did not occur to me that posting something on the EA Forums might be a better way to go about this. I have now left and rejoined my guild and completed the quest. My issue is that now I am on another waiting period and can not do more of the quest (donate gear and submit raid attempts). It looks like i have about a day left to complete the remainder of the quests. If that is that case I wanted to see if i could have some sort of extension to get the remaining done since I blocked myself from moving forward for so long. Thanks.Frozen TB Battle
For who knows how many TBs, I've encountered this issue. Doing the combat mission on Mandalore today (and one on Dathomir yesterday), my battle has become frozen. The characters are moving, I can interact with the buttons in the top left and change who is selected, see their buffs/debuffs etc., but I cannot see nor interact with the ability buttons of my characters. JMK called mass assist on Dark Trooper, who shows to have no health in the top right but has a bar of health above the character, which is still standing with 2 stacks of "Dark Trooper Squad". No one will take a turn no matter how long I wait. Is there some way to fix this issue from occurring? I swear it happens 1/3 of the times I run the combat mission on Mandalore.Impossible to switch link because hacked account got banned
Basically what happened is: my EA account got hacked. That EA account was linked to my SWGOH account (on Google Play) and was the account I was using for the PC client. The person who stole my account, though, switched the email associated with my original EA account, so I couldn't' reset my password or anything like that. After contacting EA support (which was stupid in my opinion), they got me my EA account back, and banned the other account, effectively making a new account that had all of my data and games and stuff. The problem is, SWGOH still saw the stolen EA account as the one that was linked. The logical option here was to unlink the account, right? But since the linked account is banned now, that is impossible, and I get the same error code every time I try. Really not sure what to even try anymore. I can't get the account unbanned: A.) because it isn't technically my account and B.) it was banned for fraud, which their is clear evidence of. I have contacted EA support and in game support multiple times, but no luck Thanks for any future help.Impossible to switch link because hacked account got banned
Long story short, my account got linked to the wrong account. When I reported the account that is now linked, it got banned. Because of this, I can no longer unlink EA from my mobile account. The currently linked account is not mine, I can not get it unbanned because it isn't my account, and I can not switch the link or unlink it because the account is banned. Its been literally 2 years and I have been forced to use bluestacks, even after the PC client came out. I really want to be able to use the PC client because it is less laggy, less prone to crashes, and more future proof. If there is anyway to transfer progress automatically or manually that would be great too. I understand that there probably isn't but that genuinely seems like my only option at this point. I'vce probably contacted in game support at least 50 times already and each time I get unhelpful responses: each time I send a new message a new person responds and asks me the same questions to "better understand the situation" and no one actually gives genuine help. At this point I just want to know if it is even possible to get my EA link back. I understand that it was my fault I got hacked in the first place, but there should be ways to recover your link because this could be decently common. I won a match in Grand Arena yesterday evening, but I did not receive any victory rewards either at midnight or afterward. In addition, the green indicator that should confirm my win has not appeared in GAC. I would like this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible. Ally Code: 252895467
